JUSTIN Vermaak’s notes on Green Street Bloodstock’s runners this weekend are:

KENILWORTH SATURDAY

Race 1: 1200m
Sparkeling Fire
“Needs the experience first time at the track and needs further. She has shown decent ability at home but will need the run.”

Race 2: 1200m
Director’s Rock
“His track work has been very inconsistent but if he brings his best to the races he will have a place chance.”

Mr Green Street
“The bit went through his mouth last time and he will improve dramatically on that start.”

Race 3: 1200m
Ernesto
“He was very green on debut and will appreciate the extra, but does need further and needs to be gelded. He will improve.”

Race 6: 1800m
League Game
“A huge turnabout in weights with Power Tower. If he was better drawn and could get to the lead I would have been more confident, but he is capable of a big run.”

TURFFONTEIN SUNDAY

Race 7: 1600m
Mrs O
“Her bad draw is a big disadvantage over the course and distance, but she has run her best career races on the inside track. We’ll drop her out and hopefully she gets luck in running and gets to be involved in the finish.
